Valley Manor apartment homes are as individual as our residents. In addition to 10 primary layouts, Valley Manor allows you to fully customize your home. Not just paint and carpet, but complete floor plan reconfigurations. You can move a wall, customize a kitchen, enclose a balcony, or even combine two or more apartments to create the home that truly reflects your lifestyle. Our experienced compassionate staff and professional contractors will listen to your needs and desires and create a special home for you at Valley Manor. What do we mean when we say we will customize
your apartment to become your home?
It can mean many things! For some residents, it means not having to do anything but pick out carpeting and paint; they love the layout just as it is and are ready to move in. But if you choose, Valley Manor allows its residents to completely re-make their new apartment home.
We have many ways to customize your apartment to your specifications at an additional cost, such as:
- Bumping out or enclosing balconies for additional living space
- Remodeling kitchens with open floor plans, custom cabinetry and room for larger appliances
- Adding additional safety features to bathrooms. For example, we can create walk-in shower stalls or add handicap-accessible bathtubs
- Redesigning the floor plan. We can tear down walls to make spaces larger, or add an extra room (such as a den or guest bedroom)
- Relocating doorways and/or creating arched doorways
- Customizing walk-in closets
- Adding light fixtures, wallpaper and special window treatments
- Building custom bookcases, shelving, media centers and wet bars
- Installing natural wood, ceramic tile and parquet flooring

As you can see, the remodeling we can do is based on the vision you have for your home. We even had one couple who removed corner cabinets from their old home and had them reinstalled in their apartment!
