The Seniorsfirst Foundation solicits, receives, manages and disburses donated funds for the benefit of Kirkhaven, Valley Manor and Seniorsfirst Services. As a 501c3 not-for-profit organization, all donations are eligible for tax deductions. With access to one of the oldest and largest foundations in the United States (Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Foundation), we can match interested donors with a variety of very attractive estate planning instruments such as gift annuities and pooled income funds.

	What is...? The Eldership Fund Gifts to Valley Manor's Eldership fund assist residents who experience temporary financial difficulties to remain in their home. Directors' Discretionary Fund If you want the Boards to determine how to best allocate your funds, give to the Directors' Discretionary Fund. Resident Recreation Fund Donations to this fund help provide special materials, social events and day trip for Kirkhaven long-term care residents . Chaplaincy Fund Our chaplain uses these funds to purchase materials and celebrate religious events for our elders at Kirkhaven.
